CallaoLogística is a consulting agency specialized in maritime logistics and customs procedures at the Port of Callao. We advise Peruvian companies on paperwork, container packaging, and maritime freight for the export of heavy machinery or classic vehicles to destinations such as the Middle East.

Excluded services: We DO NOT engage in the sale of used cars, quick cash offers, or car auctions.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information for the management of export procedures.
• Deliver the necessary documentation (invoices, certificates, permits) within the agreed deadlines.
• Guarantee that the machinery or vehicles to be exported are your legitimate property and comply with the regulations of the origin and destination countries.
• Cover the costs of freight, insurance, storage, and customs fees according to the approved quotation.

4. Limitation of Liability

CallaoLogística acts as a logistics advisor and manager. We are not responsible for:

• Delays, damages, or losses caused by force majeure, acts of port or customs authorities, or actions of third-party transport providers.
• Consequences arising from false or incomplete information provided by the client.
• Changes in the customs or foreign trade legislation of Peru or the destination country that affect the process after it has begun.

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All information, documentation, and processes shared by the client with CallaoLogística will be treated with strict confidentiality. The client acknowledges that our working methodology, quotations, and consulting materials are the intellectual property of CallaoLogística.

6. Modifications and Applicable Law

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lima.
